How can anxiety and stress be easily managed?

  There are a lot of challenges that many of us face that can be stressful, overwhelming, and bring out strong feelings in both adults and children. Public health measures like social and physical distance can make us feel isolated and alone, which makes us feel more stressed and anxious.   People can experience strong and long-lasting reactions after traumatic events. Stress and anxiety can be reduced by developing healthy habits and receiving the appropriate care and support.   Emotional or physical signs may be present.
